My name is Tim Dreyer, Thank You for visiting my website. I was born in Greenville, S.C. in 1967. I have 3 beautiful grown children, and I currently call the North Carolina "foothills" home. I've been involved in Home Business since 2003.
In 2008 I discovered Magnetic Sponsoring, a free online training course which outlined basics of making earnings online, advertising copy - and what was most beneficial to offer in online marketing, that targeted the largest demographic available for online earnings...
I became involved with an online company after 5 years of barely successful Nutritional Sales in a Home Networking Business... the online company was 2 years old, had a decent pay plan, and they were a good "model" of what the Magnetic Sponsoring Training had described as a potentially successful service targeting the right demographic group...
I decided to focus on representing and building this online company.
I spent many long hours working to build this company while I worked my job.
After roughly 1 year of 18 to 20 hour days, barely getting time with family, not working out or having a life - I was able to replace much of my income through this online company's pay plan...
There were some bumps and problems along the way with the company; all easily explained and promptly dealt with - then there was this "contest" in which a car was to be the Grand Prize - the company changed the prize when it was time to have the give away.
The company began to "hack away" at the representative pay plan...
I cntinued to work the company and offer the awesome free Magnetic Sponsoring Course, and I had also found a really good website builder - easy to use - with a pay plan... GDI
There were also little company "try outs" here and there - I learned who could and could not be trusted online; and how the tricksters with free tools can be tricking you...
After 2 1/2 years of building this online company, I had 20,000 people in my downline. I had been working from home for almost 2 years full time - 2 years of long days in front of my computer...
The online company made a change to the pay plan the turned it's opportunity from an "asset income generator" into an "liability income generator". More on the differences in Asset and Liability Income later on this page - for now let's just say - the company had "messed" a lot of people out of their hard earned income...
Including me. There were 200,000 people enrolled in the company when the switch on the pay plan was made - my downline represented 10% of the entire company...
The top money earner told me that he had lost 70% of his income; I was forced back into employment. I left online marketing completely for 2 years... I didn't check my email, I didn't check my accounts, I didn't advertise - I barely went online at all except to watch a movie or play a game.
I left FaceBook, and Twitter - I just melted away, and attended to very important financial and family matters without a second thought of returning to online marketing. In those 5 years of Home Marketing Nutritionals - I had also seen many "shut downs" and "mess overs"...
I completely lost faith in the ethics of Home Business, Online Companies, and Online Entrepreneurs - because so many of them were so dirty and unethical in their practices.
Over that 2 years of inactivity, I still received checks. From Magnetic Sponsoring, and from GDI. The income that was residual and ongoing from those 2 internet companys was always paid. I received a check May of 2011 from Magnetic Sponsoring and I thought to myself - "Maybe you left a little too early."
These 2 companys have been absolute GEMS in honoring their pay plans and in their Operational Ethics. Something else that I had thought about as I was deciding to come back - or stay retired - these 2 companys had long term successful track records WITHOUT sudden or unethical changes to policies, or addemdums to their pay plan rules...
I know online marketing and what it takes to become successful in representations of tools, training, and level of commitment. I began to organize a few things and design my own internet company as I re-enter Online Marketing from Home...

There are "2 Houses" to my Home Business Organization. Personal and Affiliate. The Martial Arts business is the Personal. Magnetic Sponsoring, GDI, and NPN are the Affiliate.
The Magnetic Sponsoring Course endorses creating your own website and online business - even your own products - for sale on a site that you completely control. The GDI website service offers a very easy to use website builder with a domain and plenty of tools for the site - and plenty of Affiliate Tools for promotions. I chose to host my personal site there because of their long term ethics, and because the site builder is inexpensive and easy to use, with lots of features. I'm not the most technical person in the world, and I'm really rusty after a 2 year "retirement" - but I can still create a "decent' website with the easy GDI format.
The NPN autoresponder service is necessary for customer communication, and for "sales development"... Experts say that "It takes 5 to 7 views of an ad before a person will respond to that ad." How are you going to accomplish that?
How are you going to guarantee that your prospects see your ad 5 to 7 times?
Internet Marketing Tip: create a newsletter with content that your potential clients want to read - and insert your advertisements into each issue. Make your newsletter series at least 10 issues delivered once each day - through a Reliable Autoresponder Service.
NPN offers the best of autoresponders along with many tools for email marketing and websites, including tools for increased sales/traffic. There are way too many things offered by NPN for me to list here, at a very inexpensive subscription price.
I am a "Director" in the Global NPN Subscription levels; a Partner of mine recently asked; "Why do you have the NPN Director subscription, when you get your website through GDI? Magnetic Sponsoring trains my Affiliate Partners, once they have a grasp of internet marketing basics a person has a much greater chance of success - it is a waste of your time to work with people who refuse to get this free training, I will not work with people who do not take the free Magnetic Sponsoring Course, because I do not have the time to waste, and niether do you.
GDI is my "site building" service - inexpensive and easy - there are other site builders out there, but this company has proven to be long term - honorable and ethical in their Affiliate Pay. I can't see a reason to use any other website service as many are more expensive, and they also require more than a little technical ability to operate.
NPN is my Autoresponder Service. This guarantees 5 to 7 views of my ads to my targeted prospects. NPN gives me multiple autoresponders for multiple lists and newsletter subjects - many tools for gaining leads and increasing sales are included in their membership.

First; the reason we are all Marketing Online - Money.
Let's talk about the differences in pay - and the differences in Pay Plans...
Labor Intensive
vs.
Non-Labor Intensive
These 2 Catogorizations apply to all earnings, not just online earnings.
Labor Intensive: Anytime something physical is made, shipped or stored - it is a "Labor Intensive" exchange for pay. Brick Masons have Labor Intensive Earnings; Nutritional Suppliment Sales are also Labor Intensive.
Non-Labor Intensive: Anytime that you are paid for Services or Information, that are not delivered in a physical form - it is Non-Intensive Earnings. Consultants, and Electronic Internet Services are Non-Labor Intensive Earnings.
Typically; Labor Intensive types of earnings include - Shipping, Storing, Sampling, or Assembling of the products in order to complete a sale. This not only takes more time, but also Creates Extra Cost to your business operations whenever a person works with physical products or labor.
Non-Labor Intensive Opportunities are best for profitability, and time efficiency in your Home Business operations.
Liability Income
vs.
Asset Income
Liability Income: Anytime that you trade time for money - it is Liability Income.
Working by the hour, also - if it takes you 2 hours to make a bird house, even with a huge profit it is still Liability Income because time was traded for money.
Asset Income: Income that you don't trade time to earn. ie: You do the work once, and then receive payment over and over - like when Novelists receive royalties, or when recurring earnings are made from subscription types of recurring sales.
Asset Income is by far the best type of income - you can be on the Beach in Hawaii and earn Asset Income, not so easy doing that with Liability Income. Asset Income sets you free from the work bench, desk and cubicle, and the register at the front counter. When given the choice between the two options - always work towards developing Asset Income.
#1. Rule in Earnings: Profits are better than wages. Wages are limited by time, profits have no limits.
With those distinctions made; let's look at a variety of internet companies, and the various ways that they pay out...
PPC Websites: "Paid Per Click"; Paid Emails; and Paid Surveys - you can earn income with those companies, it is however Liability Income, as you are trading time for money while clicking for earnings.
"One Time" Commission Sales: "One Sale = One Paycheck" types of companies. There are many online today. This is Liability Income, you must continue to make sales in order to continue to make earnings.
Recurring Commission Sales: You get paid a percentage of monthly subscription price, for as long as your client is paying. Many online companies offer Recurring Commissions. This is Asset Income. Income grows as your subscribers grow, and earnings are delivered while on vacation.
Downline Matrix Pay: You are paid percentages in a "Matrix" of memberships that begins with your personally enrolled group, and continues with their personally enrolled group - and so on to whatever limits the company sets on it's Downline Matrix Pay. This is Asset Income, again based on recurring subscription sales. In a Downline Matrix pay plan, you are not only paid on your own work - but also on the work of others in the Downline Matrix.
High Cost
vs.
Low Cost
Some opportunities are very High Cost. I have seen some that cost $25,000.
Some opportunities are very Low Cost. What is considered to be "low cost" is under $50. Monthly - or an opportunity that has a "one time buy in" for under $50.
There are people who can afford High Cost Opportunity; however I have found through experience that it is a lot easier to make ten $30. sales - than it is to make one $300. sale...
Either way you've made $300.; but the Low Cost Opportunities do bring the money both faster and easier.
Want
vs.
Need
Some Products People Want. Some Products People Need. Determining the difference is important in projecting "Profitability of Opportunity"...
A Home Marketer may "want" a product that helps them write marketing articles, but that is not a "need" item for their business operations.
A Home Marketer "Needs" as much automation as possible, as well as ways to generate fresh leads. A good Etools Company with an autoresponder would perform those functions.
"Need" Products/Services tend to create better "Long Term" Subscriptions from sales - which is great if you desire a steady check without drastic fluctuations.
Opportunity Seekers
vs.
Product Users
Opportunity Seekers stay as long as Opportunity Exists - or until better opportunity is presented.
Product Users typically stay as long as they remain satisfied with Product/Service.
For Stability and Growth - you need both to build a solid downline. Your advertising wording can effectively target one - or both - depending on the product/service offered, and how your promotions "Target Your Market".
Long Term
vs.
Short Term
This deals with a company's stability; vision; and mission. Much of that information is revealed in the "type" of product/service offered by the company itself...
I heard a conversation between experienced marketers once that went like this...
Person 1: "I have something red hot."
Person 2: "What have you got?"
Person 1: "Gas Additive that extends mileage."
Person 2: "That's a gimmik product."
Person 1: "It will be hot for at least 2 years."
I thought; "How interesting...
There are marketers out there that promote a "gimmik" product for as long as it's "hot"...?"
A product will be either "Value Based" or "Gimmik Based".
Product alone won't tell you if the company is short or long term (some cases are less obvious than above example). Also look at the track record of the ownership - if they've been involved in a couple of "2 year wonders" companies - or if they have a poor reputation due to poor ethics - it is probably a "Short Term" company...
As earlier stated, I once spent roughly 2 1/2 years building a company - that greatly reduced all pay once the membership was large - it turned out that the owner had a shady reputation for past exploits.
This is experience talking to you - "It TRULY sucks to have worked for 2 1/2 years, to have the company that you've helped to build pull the rug out from under your paycheck."
Target Market
Your "Target Market" describes - "What is this Product/Service made for; who would need this Product/Service?"
In Online Demographics: Only so many people are marketing Nutritional Products, only so many people are marketing Gasoline Additives, and only so many market Training Books and DVD's...
What do they all have in common?
They are all Marketers. Marketers are the Largest Demographic "Target Market" online today to promote Products/Services towards.
By Targeting Marketers with products and services they need for Marketing - You are accessing the largest demographic group available for sales.
As a Bonus; Marketers also make the Best Downline Builders for Pay.
In Summary
Putting this information into something useful - as a "Model Business" to look for...
#1. You want Profits, in Asset Income forms of Pay.
#2. You'll want Low Cost Products/Services that people Need.
#3. You'll want to promote Products/Services towards the demographic group known as "Marketers".
#4. For Long Term Earnings, you'll want to focus your Marketing Efforts towards Long Term Companies.
One Last Important Factor...
Attrition: The regular percentage of lost subscribers over time.
This factor has an effect on every Home Business. Some Attrition Rates are High, and some Attrition Rates are Low...
"It's not what you gain that really matters; it's what you keep that really matters."

Leading (in advertising terms)
In your Home Business promotions, you can "lead" with 3 different types of offers...
* Lead with Opportunity
* Lead with Service

In each of the 3 types of "leading" you'll want to remember that there is a different and specific "type" of target prospect...
* Leading with Opportunity - targets opportunity seekers.
* Leading with Service - targets anyone who can use the services you offer.
* Leading with a Free Offer - the free offer should target as closely as possible, your best clients - other marketers.
In any home business - it is most desirable to recruit other marketers - that group of people should be your primary prospects.
The best form of Lead Generation, is one that pays you for using it, and that also targets your best clients for building your business. Leading with a free offer does this most effectively, out of the 3 "leading" options available for your promotions.
Your best client for building your Home Business is other marketers.
With "Leading with Free Offer" in order to attract other marketers into yur team, you will want to offer a training, service, or product - that marketers find useful and in demand.
Also, would you like to pay for your leads, or would you like for your leads to pay you? By leading with a free offer - that has a "back end sale" - you can get paid for making targeted contacts - if a person joins your primary offer or not.
Activity vs. Accomplishment
Find the most successful method (activity), and then follow and repeat that method over and over. The end goal is to develop a team of downline builders (accomplishment). If you are using a method that in 10 hours of promoting brings you 3 people - but there is another method that brings in 5 people in 10 hours, then you should focus on the more successful method.
Gauge everything that you do in building your business, find the methods that bring the greatest results for meeting your end goal - and focus on those methods the most.
DO NOT chase people. It is a waste of time to chase an uninterested person. When a person comes to you with questions - that is an intersted person - answer all of their questions. Constantly talk to new people, and "sort" who is interested and who is not.
Activate in 48
Whenever someone joins your team, send a welcome letter right away - inform the person of where to get their training, and make yourself available to answer their questions. The key thing is this - activate your new team members within 48 hours of their joining, a person can lose interest if they don't hear from you in their first 2 days.
Personal Responsibility
No one that you will work with or even meet, is more responsible for your success or failure than you are. It is your responsibility to build your business, your responsibility to get the training that you need, your responsibility to do the work, and your responsibility to assist your team members. If you lack success, do not blame others. In order to reach Financial Freedom, you must overcome many barriers and hardships - you must be willing to work for yourself, and by yourself if necessary... I can point the way - but you have to walk that road.
Your Reward - being able to do what you want, with who you want, whenever you want, and wherever you want - without any financial restrictions.
Succeed or fail in reaching your goals - it is truly up to you.
